2. Subscription Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided after subscription activation, refunds are generally not available once a subscription has been activated.
Users may cancel future renewals at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for previous payments.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or experienced a payment processing error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
